kask operates through two legal entities: kask.bio UG (registered in Germany, for EU engagements) and kask.bio LLC (US, for US, Swiss, and international engagements). Both operate from Konstanz, DE / Swiss border.

Engagements are structured as independent contractor relationships. We work on advisory retainers, time & materials, fixed-price milestones, and joint IP co-creation — depending on the nature of the problem.
