We are a small founding team. We are not hiring broadly. We are looking for people who work at the edge of what is known — builders, researchers, and founders who want to operate in that space. There are several ways to connect, depending on who you are and what you are looking for.
We are looking for people who want to build kask from the inside. Not employees — co-builders. If you have deep expertise in a relevant domain and are at a point in your career where you want to work on something genuinely open-ended, this is the conversation to have.

Some engagements require specific depth we don't carry in-house. We maintain a small network of associates — researchers, engineers, and domain specialists — who work with us on a per-engagement basis. If your work is genuinely uncommon, we want to know about you.

As kask grows, salaried roles will open. We are not there yet for most positions. If you are a researcher, engineer, or operator who wants to follow the work and be considered when the time is right, leave us a note. We do read them.
