Full Brew (FB-fpT) is a precision fermentation platform that maps terroir-specific ingredients to individual microbiome profiles. By combining environmental sourcing data with personalized gut ecology, FB-fpT designs fermented products that are optimized for both flavor complexity and bioavailability at the individual level.

The system uses computational models to predict how specific microbial strains interact with terroir compounds — soil minerals, altitude-dependent sugars, regional wild yeasts — and then tailors fermentation protocols to align those interactions with the consumer's microbiome signature. The result is a new category of functional fermented goods: place-specific, person-specific, and biologically active.
